Step 1
In consultation with you, we determine the rental price, put your property up for rent and screen potential tenants.
Step 2
We sign a contract with the selected tenant, carry out a home inspection and hand over the property to the tenant.

Why not do it yourself?
There are a number of reasons why it is interesting to outsource the management or part of the management of your real estate. First of all, you no longer have to worry about solving all sorts of technical problems, such as contacting a plumber for a leak while you are on holiday, or financial matters such as collecting and checking rent payments, checking invoices, annual statements, rent increases, etc.
Why fiscally advantageous?
Outsourcing your management can be fiscally advantageous; you then limit your own involvement and activities and ensure “normal asset management.” In this situation, a real estate investment is classified in Box 3 instead of Box 1. This is attractive because you do not pay tax on rental income and any capital gains.
