Step 1
In consultation with you, we determine the rental price, we put your home for rent and we screen potential tenants.
Step 2
We conclude a contract with the selected tenant. Carry out a home inspection and hand over the home to the tenant.
Step 3
Every month we collect the rent and transfer it to you. Maintain contact with your tenant. We automatically increase the rent every year.
