HaGa vastgoedmanagement places great value on the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

We do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. HaGa vastgoedmanagement complies in all cases with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we will in any case:

Processing of personal data of Customers or suppliers

Personal data of customers or suppliers are processed by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the following purpose(s):
– Administrative purposes;
– Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
– Carrying out or issuing an assignment;
– Sending newsletters with newly available properties.

The basis for these personal data is:
– The agreed assignment;
– Legal obligation (WWFT).

For the above purpose(s) HaGa vastgoedmanagement may request the following personal data from you:

Your personal data are stored by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:
– During the term of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

Processing of personal data of people who want to view a
property

Personal data of clients are processed by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the following purpose(s):
– Informing the person about the details of the appointment.

The basis for these personal data is:
– Oral consent.

For the above purpose, HaGa vastgoedmanagement may request the following
personal data from you:

– Surname prefix;
– Last name;

Your personal data are stored by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the purposes of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:
– For the duration that the person wishes and can be considered for the
property.

Processing of personal data of persons who wish to be
considered for a rental property.

Personal data of persons who wish to be considered for a rental property are processed by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the following purpose(s):
– Drawing up the rental agreement;
– Checking whether the person is a suitable tenant.

The basis for these personal data is:
– Consent of the person who wishes to be considered;
– Legal obligation.

For the above purposes HaGa vastgoedmanagement may request the following
personal data from you:

– Name prefix;
– Last name;
– E-mail address;
– Phone number;
– Gender;
– Date of birth;
– Identity document;
– Employment contract;
– Payslips.

Processing of employees’ personal data

Persoonsgegevens van medewerkers worden door HaGa vastgoedmanagement verwerkt ten behoeve van de volgende doelstelling(en):
– Uitvoering geven aan de arbeidsovereenkomst.

Basis for this personal data is:
– The employment contract.

For the above purpose, HaGa property management may request the following personal data from you:

Your personal data will be stored by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the purpose of
the above mentioned processing for the period:
– During the period of contract and thereafter only in the financial
administration for up to 7 years.

Processing personal data from prospects,
stakeholders and/or interested parties who fill out contact forms on
the HaGa website.

Personal data of prospects, stakeholders and/or interested parties are processed by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the following purposes:
– Provision of information in the form of a valuation and/or
– Provision of information in the form of NAH services regarding the purchase or
rental guidance of a property.

Basis for this personal data is:
– Written consent.

For the above purpose(s), HaGa property management may request the following personal data from you:
– First name;
– Insertion;
– Last name;
– Phone number;
– E-mail address.

Your personal data will be stored by HaGa vastgoedmanagement for the purposes of
the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:
– For the period that one is seen as a prospect, stakeholder and/or
interested party.

Provision to third parties

We may provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for carrying out the purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party for:
– Providing HaGa property management’s internet environment;
– Providing the (financial) administration;
– Providing our customer relationship management system.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We will of course make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties, unless this is required and permitted by law. An example of this is when the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case we are obliged to cooperate and hand over these data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU

Minors

We only process personal data of minors (persons younger than 16 years of age) if written consent is given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

Retention period

HaGa property management does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data about you from unlawful processing, for example we have
taken the following measures;
– All persons who on behalf of HaGa vastgoedmanagement can
take cognizance of your data are bound to secrecy.

We maintain a username and password policy on all our systems;
– We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data if there is a reason to do so;
– We make backups of personal data in order to be able to restore it in the event of
physical or technical incidents;
– We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
– Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting

Rights regarding your data

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we have received from you. You may also object to the processing of all or part of your personal data by us or one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the personal data you have provided to yourself or on your behalf directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
