01What does HaGa property management take care of for me?+
We handle the day-to-day financial, technical and administrative management of your property. This includes rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance, administration, rent indexation and reporting. You stay informed without having to arrange everything yourself.
02Which properties do you manage?+
We mainly manage houses and apartments in Amsterdam and the immediate surrounding area. Is your property located outside this region? Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
03Can you also find a new tenant?+
Yes. We advise on the rental price, present the property, arrange viewings and carefully screen prospective tenants. The final choice of tenant is always made in consultation with you.
04How do you screen prospective tenants?+
We check the identity, financial position and submitted documents of prospective tenants. Depending on the situation, additional checks or references may be required.
05Who determines the rental price?+
We advise you based on the property, location, current market and applicable regulations. The final rental price is always agreed with you.
06How much does complete property management cost?+
Complete property management costs €135 excluding VAT per property per month. This gives you one clear point of contact and support with the financial, technical and day-to-day management.
07Which services are included in the monthly fee?+
The fee includes rent collection, arrears management, annual rent indexation, financial administration, tenant communication, technical management and access to the online client portal. Any external costs are always agreed with you in advance.
08How are maintenance and repairs arranged?+
Tenants can report technical issues directly to HaGa. We assess the issue and, where necessary, engage a trusted professional. Larger jobs or higher costs are discussed with you in advance.
09Can I view the financial status of my property?+
Yes. The online client portal gives you access to payments, financial information and relevant documents. You also receive clear reports on the management of your property.
10Can you take over a property that is already let?+
Yes. We can take over management when a tenant and tenancy agreement are already in place. We first review the current situation, documents and any outstanding matters.
11What happens if the tenant falls behind with the rent?+
We actively monitor rent payments and contact the tenant if a payment is overdue. If necessary, we discuss the appropriate next steps with you.
12Can I cancel the management agreement?+
The management agreement can be cancelled monthly. On termination, we ensure a clear handover of the administration, documents and any ongoing matters.
13Do you also provide legal or tax advice?+
We take the applicable rules into account when managing your property and flag relevant points of attention. For specific legal or tax advice, we recommend consulting a specialist adviser.
